Psalm 25
Remember, O LORD, your great mercy and love,
for they are from of old.
Remember not the sins of my youth and my rebellious ways;
according to your love remember me,
for you are good, O LORD.

Acts 4
All the believers were one in heart and mind.
No one claimed that any of his possessions was his own,
but they shared everything they had.
With great power the apostles continued to testify
to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus,
and much grace was upon them all.
There were no needy persons among them.
For from time to time
those who owned lands or houses sold them,
brought the money from the sales
and put it at the apostles' feet,
and it was distributed to anyone as he had need.

Prayer
The Apostle Paul’s Prayer: Eph 3:12-21
In him and through faith in him we may approach God with freedom and confidence. I ask you, therefore, not to be discouraged because of my sufferings for you, which are your glory.
For this reason I kneel before the Father,
from whom his whole family
in heaven and on earth derives its name.
I pray that out of his glorious riches
he may strengthen you
with power through his Spirit
in your inner being,
so that Christ may dwell in your hearts
through faith.
And I pray that you,
being rooted and established in love,
may have power,
together with all the saints,
to grasp how wide and long and high and deep
is the love of Christ,
and to know this love
that surpasses knowledge
that you may be filled to the measure
of all the fullness of God.
Now to him
who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine,
according to his power
that is at work within us,
to him be glory in the church
and in Christ Jesus
throughout all generations, for ever and ever!
Amen.
Find a moment of silence and reflect on the words,
“And I pray that you . . . and to know this love that surpasses knowledge.”
A love that surpasses knowledge. What does this mean to you?
How great a love would this be?
How would knowing this love surpass knowledge?
Pray that you would know love.
Action
Spend time loving God and knowing His love.
