The Proseuche Plan: Tips

On to Victory!
DO’s

Do consult a physician before you start any meal plan.  Women with eating disorders should speak to a counselor and doctor before starting this type or any type of plan.
Do eat Breakfast, Morning Snack, Lunch, Afternoon Snack, and Dinner.
Do drink lots of water (preferably distilled)!  In fact drink it all day long.
Do try to eat eggs for breakfast.
Do exercise.  Start with walking if you need to.
Do weigh yourself ONCE at the beginning, measurements would be good too, even a photo.
You may follow up on this if you want after the six weeks, and at the end of your plan.
Do read your Bible daily.  Prayer and Bible reading are crucial to your success.  A good plan is
to read a Psalm a day, along with a chapter a day starting with the book of John, and then
Acts, and then Ephesians.
Do Have A Prayer Partner.  You need to pray daily with your prayer partner for the
strength to stick with your plan and to pray with about your concerns.  This is an important aspect of the Proseuche Plan.  Doing this will determine how successfully you will finish.

DONT'S

Avoid drinking while you eat, it dilutes your stomach acid.
Avoid using artificial sweeteners. If you have to use something, try some Stevia.
Don’t give up if you “blow” it.  Just start over at the next meal.  It’s not that big of a deal.
Don’t weigh yourself during your six weeks.  Let the number go.  Set it free!  This six weeks is
about you and God getting down to business, not about losing a pound a day.  You will feel the difference in your body and clothes, things you do not need a scale for.
Don’t give up!  Persevere!
