Prayer
Pray, then, in this way:
'Our Father who is in heaven, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen. –Matthew 6:9-13
Find a moment of silence and reflect on these words:
“Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.”
God’s will.
God’s will on earth.
God’s will on earth as it is in heaven.
Action
Make a new recipe today. One that sounds different and is on your plan. Then thank the Lord for offering you the opportunity to try new (and maybe better) things.

I am praying for you! I know that food restriction can be a really hard thing to do (skipping food for a day sounds so much easier). But you can do this! The toxins will come out and you will get to the other side of this valley. Hang in there! (And if you have not been perfect--oh, well. Today is a new day!) You have been lifted up to your heavenly Father by name, and He will give you the strength to do all things through Christ Jesus. XO
